Our Warranty

At Robert A. Calvo, General Contractor, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship and are committed to delivering lasting results you can trust. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are important to us.

Workmanship Warranty
We provide a one (1) year warranty on all labor and workmanship from the date of project completion, unless otherwise specified in writing. This warranty covers defects resulting from installation or construction performed by our team.

If an issue arises due to workmanship within the warranty period, we will inspect the concern and make necessary repairs at no additional cost.

Material Warranties
Many of the materials and products used in your project are covered by manufacturer warranties. These warranties vary depending on the product and brand. We will provide you with any applicable warranty documentation upon project completion.

Please note that material defects are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty.

What Is Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or lack of maintenance
• Alterations or repairs performed by others after project completion
• Structural movement, settling, or acts of nature (earthquakes, floods, etc.)
• Issues arising from pre-existing conditions not addressed during the project
